Men Chats has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of illegal content in our chat rooms, forums, or anywhere on our platform. Users are strictly prohibited from using, uploading, or sharing illegal images, including child pornography (also known as Child Sexual Abuse Material or CSAM) and any other illegal content. This prohibition applies to all content types, including profile pictures, avatars, image uploads or transfers, as well as usernames and account nicknames.
If you encounter any pornographic material involving minors or children, please report it immediately to our Administrator at admin@chat-avenue.com. Users who post illegal content will face consequences such as being kicked, banned, and, in most cases, reported to law enforcement and relevant authorities.
Men Chats is committed to removing all illegal content promptly once discovered or reported. While we cannot be held responsible for user-posted illegal content, we will take swift action against those responsible. It is essential that all illegal content be reported to our staff through the proper channels as soon as it is noticed. We will respond and act on reports within a reasonable timeframe.
All illegal content will be promptly removed from our servers and platform by our support team as quickly as possible. To help protect our community and comply with legal requirements, we also use automated software to detect CSAM and other prohibited materials. Upon detection, we reserve the right to remove such content immediately, suspend or terminate offending accounts, and report incidents to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Men Chats is not a Marriage Broker and are exempt from the International Marriage Broker Regulation Act (IMBRA). We are not a match making service, nor do we offer any service that can be considered a marriage broker.
